serene oil painting cows and calf drinking from the river at Ingram Bridge Valley

Cows at Ingram Bridge

This oil painting, simply titled "Cows at Ingram Bridge," captures a tranquil scene set in the Ingram and Breamish Valley. The focal point of the composition is the characterful Ingram Bridge which has stood since the late 19th century. The cattle are representative of those you will see in the valley today. The scene is one that could be as true now as a hundred years ago - It is not unheard of for cattle to escape the nearby pastures and and take themselves down to the river bed!

Painted using professional quality oils, this painting is made to last and has been professionally framed locally.
