LINOPRINT WORKSHOP - Gift Card

Treat yourself and some friends to a fun and friendly group workshop where you will create a themed linoprint. I offer a range of seasonal linoprint topics, from winter foliage and snowdrops to landscapes and pet portraits. Just get in touch to see what is on offer. This is the ideal introduction to 'reduction' linoprint where you print multiple layers of colour to build up your design.  
 
This 4 hour workshop is suitable for both beginners and improvers and takes place in a spacious and well lit studio just outside Wooler. The cost is £50 per head and includes all materials and refreshments. We will use professional grade 'battleship' lino and will press using both the studio Gunning Press as well as hand burnishing techniques. You will print up to four 'final' pieces on excellent quality Fabriano Rosapina paper.
 
The studio can accommodate groups of 3 or 4 people. If you would like to register interest but do not have a 'group', I can help coordinate individual bookings. Please enquire at anthea@amwoodart.co.uk
